Service description
SmartScreenX provides tools to manage digital content, playlists, and signage devices. Available features depend on your plan and may evolve with reasonable prior notice.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the content you upload, and for having the necessary rights to that content. You must not use the service for illegal or offensive material or content that infringes third-party rights.
Plans and billing
Prices, screen limits, and storage are defined by the active plan. Amounts shown on the site are for reference until you complete checkout. Plan changes may apply on the next billing cycle.
Availability
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is”. There may be scheduled maintenance or outages outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SmartScreenX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service, beyond amounts paid in the last 12 months where applicable.
